Those north koreans live in a little bubble, they blame everything on America, so if America do something direct to them, eg, place a sanction on them, which they look likely to do (and they did it to a little country called Japan lol), then the Koreans may take offense from it.. and korea are insane enuf to use their weapons.....

it doesnt matter how powerful their weapons are (the biggest estimate right now is that they were as powerful as the USs ones dropped on Hiroshima).. any dropping of nucular weapons is all bad
